How do you build a quote?

Can you handle customs and container pickup?

Yes. We coordinate customs clearance through our broker partners and pick up containers from CP and CN intermodal yards so they arrive at our dock ready to deconsolidate. One point of contact, port to shelf.

What's the minimum commitment?

Short minimum, then month-to-month with 30 days’ notice. No 1-year, 2-year, or 5-year lock-ins.

How fast can we go live?

Under 2 weeks from signed agreement to first outbound. Shortest we’ve done is 5 business days when the SKU master is clean.

Are there hidden fees or accessorials?

No. Every charge is line-itemed in your quote and invoice — receiving, storage, container unloading, kitting, labeling, returns. What you’re quoted is what you’re billed.
